The Biggest POCI Drag Race Ever!
More than 1,000 spectators and 120 racers participated in the 2009 Jim Wangers POCI-GTOAA Co-Vention Drags at Kil-Kare Raceway in Xenia, OH on July 10, 2009. This was the largest and best attended POCI Convention Drag Race to date.
The members of the POCI Drag Race Committee wishes to thank all who attended either as a racer or a spectator for helping to make this event a POCI event to remember!
Event T-Shirts
To celebrate the gathering of the GTOAA and the POCI a very special t-shirt have been designed for the 2009 Jim Wangers Co-Vention Drags. The shirt features the '63 ROYAL "Swiss Cheese" Super Duty that Wangers raced along side Wangers first GTO; the '64 GTO used by Car and Driver in the infamous GTO vs. GTO story.
